The last two weeks have been incredibly full with some amazing visits from all the Parents. Eric and Jessica's folks both came in the same week to see Jess go on as Louise in Gypsy....Mom and Dad Glaudini came the next week to see my show and then go on a cruise out of New York and the last visit was from Mom and Dad Malone.
All the trips were too brief and although I'm very tired today.....I wish I could do it all again!
I took my folks on the Circle Line tour- which is a boat ride around the island.
The Glaudinis had gone on it the week before and highly recommended it...and I must say it was amazing and I will be doing it again!
(getting ready to push off)
I was so happy we decided to do this!!
We had full reign of the lower deck till everyone else got smart and realized it was the best spot!
We went under about 30 bridges.
(my hero...always has been...always will be)

Julie and I then got to go with Mom and Dad to see Mary Poppins (Dads first Broadway show)
It was great!
We all sat in the Box seats right over the stage.
The view from our seats.
When Mom and Dad Glaudini came, we walked all over my neighborhood and ate at our local Italian restaurant...Portifino
(How cute are they???)
So....One of the highlights of the "Visit of the Parents" is that I took all of them on the subway. If you had told me I'd be riding the New York Subway with these amazing people I'd have never believed you....but here they all are!

(The Glaudinis)
(The Anderson's...Nisley bought me a cool watch so I can keep time under ground)
(The Malone's)
They were ALL tremendous sports considering that there was SO much walking and SO much stimulation. I feel blessed that they all experienced what I do EVERY day!!!
I know you're reading this Moms and Dads....you'll never know how much I love you!
THE BEST THING- All these visits make me feel incredibly loved and less homesick!
HE WORST THING- Each time I say goodbye!
